Short Decsription
For precise HDAC1 staining, utilize this ready-to-deploy IHC solution, simplifying procedures from antigen retrieval through coverslipping.
Description
HDAC1, another class I HDAC, is a component of the histone deacetylase complex responsible for gene silencing. It plays an essential role in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation by interacting with key transcription factors such as RB and p53. HDAC1 is predominantly localized in the nucleus.
