Short Decsription
Ensure reliable HSPA9 staining outcomes with this ready-to-use IHC kit, delivering reagents for a complete staining process.
Description
GRP75 (also called mortalin, HSPA9, or mt-Hsp70) is a heat-shock protein (HSP70 family) that is predominantly expressed in the mitochondria. It is commonly used as a marker for mitochondrial presence. GRP75 is found to be enriched in cancer cells, where it plays a role in carcinogenesis. Decreased levels of GRP75 have been linked to neurodegenerative diseases like Parkinson's.
