Short Decsription
Streamline WTAP staining procedures with this all-inclusive IHC kit, pre-formulated with reagents for a complete workflow.
Description
WTAP (KIAA0105, hFL(2)D) is associated with Wilms' tumor-1 (WT-1) and plays a role in pre-mRNA splicing regulation. It is a regulatory subunit of the WMM N6-methyltransferase complex that influences mRNA splicing efficiency, processing, and stability. WTAP is required for the accumulation of METTL3 and METTL14 to nuclear speckles.
