BCMA: APRIL [Biotinylation] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is used to screen and analyze BCMA: APRIL inhibitors. The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of the detection of biotin-labeled APRIL by streptavidin-HRP. The determination only requires a few simple steps on the microtiter plate. First, BCMA is coated on a 96-well plate. Next, the biotinylated APRIL and BCMA were incubated on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP, and then HRP substrate is added to generate chemiluminescence, which can be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
