The CD47: SIRP-α [Biotinylation] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is designed to screen and analyze inhibitors of CD47: SIRP-α interaction. The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of biotin-labeled SIRP-α detection by streptavidin-HRP. The determination only requires a few simple steps on the microtiter plate. First, the CD47 is coated on a 96-well plate. Next, SIRP-α-biotin was incubated with CD47 on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP, and then HRP substrate is added to generate chemiluminescence, which can then be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
