CTLA4 [Biotinylation]: B7-2 inhibitor screening assay kit is used to screen and analyze the inhibitors of CTLA4:B7-2 interaction. The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of the detection of biotin-labeled CTLA4 through streptavidin-HRP. The determination only requires a few simple steps on the microtiter plate. First, B7-2 was coated on a 96-well plate. Next, CTLA4-Biotin was incubated with B7-2 on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP, and then HRP substrate is added to generate chemiluminescence, which can then be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
