The IDO1 fluorescent inhibitor screening assay kit is designed to measure the enzyme inhibitory effect of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1). The IDO1 fluorescence inhibitor screening assay kit is easy to use and can detect long-wavelength fluorescence, thereby minimizing potential errors caused by compound interference. In the assay, the inhibitor and enzyme are added to the sample containing the L-Trp substrate. After incubating for 1 hour at room temperature, fluorescent solution was added and incubated at 37°C for 4 hours. The activity is measured by reading the fluorescence of the sample at λ = 510 nm after exciting the reaction product at λ = 400 nm.
