Short Decsription
Mouse CTLA4: B7-1 TR-FRET assay aims to measure the inhibitory effect of the homogeneous 384 response format on the binding of mouse CTLA4 to mouse B7-1. This FRET-based assay does not require time-consuming washing steps, so it is particularly suitable for high-throughput screening applications. The measurement process is simple and straightforward. The samples containing biotinylated mCTLA4, mB7-1 protein, anti-His Tb donor, dye-labeled acceptor and inhibitor were incubated for two hours. Then, the fluorescence intensity is measured using a fluorescence reader.
Description
The mouse CTLA4:B7-1 TR-FRET Assay is designed to measure the inhibition of mouse CTLA4 binding to mouse B7-1 in a homogeneous 384 reaction format.
