Mouse CTLA4 [Biotin]: B7-1 inhibitor screening assay kit is designed to screen and analyze mouse CTLA4: B7-1 signal transduction inhibitors. The kit uses a convenient 96-well format, biotin-labeled mouse CTLA4, purified mouse B7-1, streptavidin-labeled HRP and 100 binding reactions assay buffers.
