The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of the detection of biotin-labeled PD-L2 through streptavidin-HRP. The determination only requires a few simple steps on the microtiter plate. First, the PD-1 is coated on a 96-well plate. Next, incubate PD-L2 and PD-1 on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP, and then HRP substrate is added to generate chemiluminescence, which can then be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
