After binding to PD-L2 ligand, the cell signal transduction through PD-1 receptor; weakens the immune response, and is used by tumors and viruses. PD-1: PDL2 [; [Biotinylation] Inhibitor Screening Colorimetric Assay Kit is designed to screen inhibitors of the following drugs: PD-L2 ligand binds to PD-1 receptor. The key to this kit is the high affinity of biotin-labeled PD-L2 to streptavidin-HRP. The determination only requires a few simple steps on the microtiter plate. First, coat PD-1 on it; 96-well plate. Next, incubate PD-L2 and PD-1 on the plate. Finally, treat the plate with the following method: Streptavidin-HRP, and then add a colorimetric HRP substrate to produce color, which can then be measured with a UV/Vis spectrophotometer plate reader.
