Our mounting medium is proven not to affect the form, structure or colour of the mounted specimen, even after years of storage.
It is a xylene based, rapid drying medium, which allows for immediate screening of slides.
A thin coating of mounting medium is all that is needed for the cover glass to adhere to a microscope slide.
Has a low viscosity that will enable it to flow easily and prevent the formation of air bubbles.
It is neutral and colourless and has a refractive index close to that of glass at +20°C.
