Human Antibody Discovery Using Transgenic CAMouse™
Creative Biolabs now provides the patented CAMouse™ strains for diverse therapeutic/diagnostic antibody discovery projects all over the world. This world-leading humanized model along with our professional technologies and rigorous procedures in study design, conduction and quality assurance for over 10 years, will definitely accelerate your drug discovery pipeline. We are happy to collaborate with all kinds of academic and industrial partners based on our one-stop development package.
Project Evaluation
Primarily, our scientific team will discuss with you to finalize an appropriate study outline based on the purpose of your project. Custom-oriented plan will be tailored according to each specific requirement. Comprehensive proposal with cost/time estimation of each step will be provided.
Immunogen Design & Preparation
Immunogen preparation determines half a success for antibody development. Our scientists have rich experience in dealing with various kinds of immunogens: small molecules, membrane proteins, cytokines, haptens, whole cells, etc. Upon custom requests, we can evaluate, design and prepare most appropriate immunogen in most appropriate and feasible format.
Immunization Scheme
Our team has profound experience in immunization campaigns design & conduction. We will formulate detailed immunization plan on case-to-case basis to ensure optimal immunization outcome. In general, serum titer > 512,000 can be achieved.
Antibody Discovery
After satisfactory immunization results, we will harvest the spleen/antisera for subsequent antibody development. Incorporated with multiple leading technologies, our all-round antibody discovery platform offers versatile options including hybridoma, phage display as well as B cell sorting technique.
Function Validation
To further isolate those antibody candidates with desired functionalities is a pivotal step. In Creative Biolabs, we provide comprehensive assay service to in-depth assess the functional profile of antibody hits. There are in vitro bioassays (ADCC, CDC, ADCP, neutralization, apoptosis, etc.) as well as in vivo studies (primary efficacy) in rodents/NHPs available for your selection.
Engineering & Optimization
With well-proved antibody candidates, some further engineering/optimization procedures can be conducted for better drug performances, e.g. binding affinity, lower immunogenicity, higher effector functions, longer plasma half-life, better developability, etc. Multiple strategies will be taken to make your antibodies closer to expectation.
Antibody Production
We provide professional service of antibody production, both transient & stably expression. Particularly, we have rich experience in establishing stable antibody manufacture strains (research-grade/GMP-grade). There are a variety of featured host cell lines for your selection.
Antibody Delivery
Throughout the whole project, a scientific team will keep you updated of the progress for each step, while working closely with you to ensure the most satisfactory results. Regular updates, comprehensive report will be delivered, together with antibody sequences, purified antibody samples/cell lines, etc.
CAMouse™ strains provide multiple appealing features, including 100% humanity, potent immune responses, high immune system performances, flexible antibody formats (VH-VL, heavy chain only, constant light chains), etc.
We will offer you with our top-notch support/suggestions for your studies, which will be motivated from a wealth of scientific publications as well as our in-house experience.
Creative Biolabs presents very flexible & negotiable out-licensing terms and conditions to clients from both industries and research institutions. We are open to collaborate with all kinds of customers.
