The product Cat#Lenti-GTK0015WQ is Lentivirus vector that contains the tetracycline repressor protein (TetR). RtTA is a trans-acting factor modified from E. coli. In the presence of Dox, rtTA can bind to TRE (tetracycline response element), thus promoting downstream gene transcription and target gene expression. In the absence of Dox, trTA disconnects from TRE, the gene stops transcription, and the target gene stops expression.
