Recombinant adeno-associated virus type 2, pU6-(Human BACE1( K275R)), Overexpression(CAT#: AAV-GTOH0010WQ)
The product is an adeno-associated virus type 2 (AAV2) vector containing the insertion of BACE1( K275R) gene. This gene encodes a member of the peptidase A1 family of aspartic proteases. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, at least one of which encodes a preproprotein that is proteolytically processed to generate the mature protease. The product is suitable for stable overexpression of exogenous gene in various types of cells and can be used in gene therapy research and development.
