Recombinant adeno-associated virus type 2, pU6-(Human KRT18(S34/53A)), Overexpression(CAT#: AAV-GTOH0073WQ)
The product is an adeno-associated virus type 2 (AAV2) vector containing the insertion of KRT18(S34/53A) gene. The KRT18 encodes the type I intermediate filament chain keratin 18. Keratin 18, together with its filament partner keratin 8, are perhaps the most commonly found members of the intermediate filament gene family. The product is suitable for stable overexpression of exogenous gene in various types of cells and can be used in gene therapy research and development.
