Fibroblast
Fibroblasts are the main cellular component of loose connective tissue, the cells are fusiform or flattened stellate, with protrusions, the cells and nuclei are large, well-defined, and the nuclei are large and distinct. Fibroblasts synthesize and secrete collagen, elastin, collagen fibers, reticular fibers, and elastic fibers, as well as matrix components such as glycosaminoglycans and glycoproteins.

Autologous Fibroblast Therapy
Autologous fibroblast therapy is the process of extracting autologous fibroblasts from the dermis, expanding the cells, and then introducing modified lentiviral vectors into fibroblast cultures, and integrating copies of functional target genes into the DNA of the cells so that they can express the target protein. Finally, the genetically modified fibroblasts continue to expand and then deliver to the corresponding site for local treatment.
