Description
CHO-K1-Tg(Human Gαqi5//Human S1P5 Receptor) Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the receptor human S1P5 (NM_030760) and Gαqi5 gene. The S1P5 receptor is a critical mediator of S1P signaling pathways involved in immune regulation, vascular biology, and CNS function. This cell line can be used to study S1P5 receptor function, signaling pathways, and potential therapeutic interventions.
