Short Decsription
Creative Biolabs offers HEK293T-Tg(Human β-Arrestin2//Human MRGX2 Receptor) Stable Cell Line which MRGX2 receptor stably expressed in HEK293T cells which overexpress β-Arrestin2.
Description
HEK293T-Tg(Human β-Arrestin2//Human MRGX2 Receptor) Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the receptor human MRGX2 (NM_004313.3) and β-Arrestin2 gene. MRGX2 is a member of the MRG family of GPCRs primarily expressed in sensory neurons and immune cells, where it plays critical roles in sensory perception, immune responses, and inflammatory processes. This cell line can be used to study MRGX2 receptor function, signaling pathways, and potential therapeutic interventions.
Features
Minimally modified GPCRs directly selected in functional assays;
Strict quality control;
Parental and orthologous cell lines are available.

Background
MRGX2 was identified and classified as a member of the Mas-related G protein-coupled receptor family, which is part of the larger G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) superfamily. It shares structural similarities with other members of this family, characterized by seven transmembrane domains and involvement in diverse physiological functions.
