Short Decsription
Creative Biolabs offers HEK293T-Tg(Human EP1 Receptor) Stable Cell Line which EP1 receptor stably expressed in HEK293T cells.
Description
HEK293T-Tg(Human EP1 Receptor) Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the receptor human EP1 (NM_000955.2). EP1 receptor is a PGE2 receptor subtype involved in mediating the diverse biological effects of prostaglandin E2 in inflammation, pain perception, smooth muscle function, neuronal signaling, and other physiological processes. This cell line can be used to study EP1 receptor function, signaling pathways, and potential therapeutic interventions.
Features
Minimally modified GPCRs directly selected in functional assays;

Background
The EP1 receptor was identified and classified as one of the four subtypes of PGE2 receptors, designated EP1, EP2, EP3, and EP4. These receptors mediate the diverse biological effects of PGE2 in various tissues and cells. EP1 receptor is classified under the Class A (rhodopsin-like) family of GPCRs.
