Contrast-Enhanced MRI Tumor Imaging Service
To meet the challenging requirements, Creative Biolabs has equipped a team of experienced scientists with facilities and processes designed specifically to provide the best strategy and protocols customized to contrast-enhanced MRI tumor imaging services. We have accomplished some projects and have delivered numerous novel or validated tumor contrast imaging solutions for our worldwide customers.
Introduction to Contrast-Enhanced MRI Technology
Over the past few decades, a large number of MRI contrast agents have demonstrated the potential for highly sensitive, more targeted imaging and improved patient management in tumor diagnostic imaging. Recently, contrast-enhanced-MRI (CE-MRI) has been considered an important diagnostic imaging tool for tumor oncology research. CE-MRI can enhance the imaging of tumor lesion location, classification, and grade to help guide biopsy, clinical treatment, and patient monitoring and management. At the same time, information on lesion location, classification, and grading is provided to help guide biopsy, treatment planning, and monitoring treatment response.
As a result, Creative Biolabs provides a panel of CE-MRI services that utilize novel contrast agents, higher field intensity Settings, and clearer time-resolved imaging to improve the spatial and temporal resolution and quality of conventional images, further increasing the sensitivity of detection of smaller metastatic lesions. For instance, based on the principle of increased tumor blood vessel distribution, our functional MRI platforms, such as perfusion imaging services, are gradually being used for brain tumor imaging. Among them, the rCBV threshold, all passage time, peak enhancement time, and other parameters on CE-MRI play a decisive role.

In addition, we have also established a CE-MRA detection platform, which mainly performs vascular anatomic imaging detection for samples of patients with peripheral artery occlusion or aneurysm disease and various less common diseases. Our CE-MRA real-time imaging technology offers specific advantages such as speed, high accuracy, y, and sensitivity. Moreover, we can accelerate MRA data acquisition by several orders of magnitude by upgrading compressed sensing technology combined with dynamic iterative Bayesian algorithms.

Targeted Imaging Molecular Biomarker Discovery
In our labs, tumor-specific molecular biomarkers have been broadly used for assisting in vivo MRI imaging diagnostic analysis. a wide variety of receptor-targeted imaging probes, such as peptide, antibody, and nanoparticle-based probes, have been designed to improve the specificity of cancer cells.
-
Monitoring Response to Therapy
Currently, contrast-enhanced MRI technologies have become valuable indicators for predicting and monitoring therapeutic responses in cancer patients. A series of DCE and perfusion parameter data derived from our CE-MRI projects have considerable potential benefits for patient management, enabling timely changes in treatment and saving unnecessary treatment costs.

Tumor Prognosis Prediction
Creative Biolabs enables the comprehensive assessment of multiple key prognostic factors in different tumor models. For example, the expression level of a range of tumor-associated antigen proteins, such as Ki-67, can be analyzed by our non-invasive imaging biomarkers to provide additional prognostic and personalized management value.
