High-Content Multiplexed Cell & Bead-Based Detection Service
The Overview of High-Content Multiplexed Cell & Bead-Based Detection Service
Antibodies are extremely valuable functional biomaterials that are widely used not only in life science research but also in drug development. Screening high-affinity antibody candidates directed against cell-surface antigens is a crucial step in discovering therapeutic antibodies. In recent years, cell and bead-based flow cytometry assays have been shown to be an interesting option for multiplex quantification and detection of analytes. Thus, developing a high-content multiplexed cell & bead-based detection service has great significance in boosting drug development of cancer therapy.

Our High-Content Multiplexed Cell & Bead-Based Detection Service
Creative Biolabs is committed to providing a rapid and effective high-content multiplexed cell & bead-based detection service based on the principle that antibody-conjugated multiplexed beads or cells can quantitatively detect an enormous number of analytes with high affinity. Each bead or reporter cell in the assay has been labeled with unique fluorescence, which is allowed precisely binding to cell surfaces, and combining different analytes in the same well with multiple fluorophores to identify separate markers and reject background fluorescence due to media or fluorophores.

Published Data
Here are some representative published data displays.
Cell-based
Representative data 1: Multiplex cell-based immunoassay application in domain/epitope mapping using antibodies specific for human CCR2 and CCR5. The results showed that pooled reporter cell lines are easy to screen with flow cytometry and facilitate existing antibody isolation techniques including hybridoma, single-cell PCR, and single B-cell cultures to aid in antibody discovery and engineering.

Bead-based
Representative data 2: Multiplexed CBA (cytokine bead array) applied in identifying a dot plot for the five recombinant cytokines. The results showed that native cytokines from cell culture supernatants were tested using beads and flow cytometry has a wider dynamic range.
