Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified central memory CD4+ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by negative selection and the followed positive selection. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.

Molecular Mechanism of Action
Unwanted cells are labeled with an optimized cocktail of biotinylated antibodies targeting CD8, CD14, CD15, CD16, CD19, CD25, CD36, CD45RA, CD56, CD123, TCRγ/δ, and CD235a (Glycophorin A); Desired cells are labeled with antibodies targeting CD197 (CCR7).
