The HBV-HLA I Control Peptide Pool is a lyophilized mixture of 9 peptides, 9-10 amino acids in length, with sequences from the hepatitis B virus (HBV). The pool consists of defined HLA class I-restricted T cell epitopes, and can be used as a positive control to stimulate T cells. These peptides are restricted by certain highly frequent HLA types (HLA: A2, A11, A24).
