I-O™ Human Megakaryocyte Kit for Drug Toxicity Assay is intended for the measurement of drug toxicity on the proliferation and megakaryocyte-specific differentiation of human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) in a liquid culture-based 96-well plate format. This kit allows to add test compounds at various points throughout the culture and measure their effects on more primitive or more mature progenitor cells.
