Short Decsription
Creative Biolabs offers DBA/2 Mouse Bone Marrow Cells for phenotyping and characterizing stem cells.
Description
DBA/2 mouse bone marrow cells refer to the cells that are derived from the bone marrow of DBA/2 strain mice. These cells are often used in research studies to investigate various aspects of bone marrow functions, including hematopoiesis, immune response, and stem cell biology.
Species character
The DBA/2 mouse is a widely-used inbred mouse strain to study cardiovascular biology, neurobiology, and immunology. Often contrasted to the C57BL/6 mouse, the DBA/2 mouse carries the H-2d haplotype and their immune cells are routinely used in immune-based assays.
Background
BMCs have multiple utility for transplantation as they support stem and progenitor cells and may differentiate into a number of cell types. BMCs including MSCs and HSCs have a high potential for differentiation into liver cells.
