Engineering iPSC for Cancer Immunotherapy

Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) have the ability to differentiate into various cell types, including immune cells such as T cells and natural killer cells. iPSCs hold great promise for developing safer, more effective, and personalized cell therapies with broader applicability in the treatment of various diseases. iPSCs can be engineered using manipulation techniques to achieve specific characteristics or functions. Once engineered, iPSCs can be directed to differentiate into specific cell types using various differentiation protocols. 1. Could you provide services for reprogramming primary cells into iPSCs?

Yes. We generate iPSCs through many different reprogramming technologies. For example, we use Sendai virus, a non-integrating RNA virus, to reprogram iPSCs.

2. Do you provide engineering services using our iPSCs?

Yes. We engineer iPSCs from customers or Creative Biolabs.

3. Do you provide monocyte differentiation service from iPSCs?

Yes. We offer comprehensive service for iPSC differentiation into various cell types. If the cell type of interest is not listed, please contact us.
