CD112R: CD112 [Biotinylation] Inhibitor Screening and Analysis Kit is designed to screen and analyze CD112R-CD112 inhibitors. The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of the detection of biotin-labeled CD112 by streptavidin-HRP. The determination only requires a few simple steps on the microtiter plate. First, spread CD112R on a 96-well plate. Next, the CD112 is incubated with the CD112R on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP, and then HRP substrate is added to generate chemiluminescence, which can be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
