TCR-T and CAR-T/NK/MA Cell Phenotype Analysis
Cells show different morphologies under different conditions, such as apoptosis, necrosis, proliferation, stagnation, invasion, migration, chemotaxis, repair, colony formation, etc. Detecting cell performance and behavior can help understand the mechanism of TCR-T and CAR-T/NK/MA cell, which is an indispensable means of cell therapy studies. Phenotypic changes of T/NK/MA cell can be induced by cytokines and signaling pathways that regulate their activity, such as Notch, Wnt signaling, Tfh, TGF-beta, Treg, and vitamin A (RA) signals.
Creative Biolabs uses microplates for high-throughput assays and proposes a new global cell phenotypic technology called Phenotype MicroArrays (PMs). This new high-throughput technology is a cell-based assay that simultaneously tests a large number of cell phenotypes to study up to thousands of metabolic and chemosensitivity phenotypes in cells. Our comprehensive phenotypic screening services help clients efficiently evaluate anti-tumor efficacy and predict MOA through cellular kinetics.

Phenotype MicroArrays Technology Workflow
Just as DNA microarrays and proteomics technologies can simultaneously measure the levels of thousands of genes or proteins, Phenotype MicroArrays can simultaneously measure thousands of cell phenotypes. Phenotypic microarrays are a complementary technique that provides the information at the cellular level. It consists of a pre-configured array of wells, in which each well is tested for different cell phenotypes and automated instruments that continuously monitor and record the response of cells in all wells of the array. The production of energy-rich NADH by the cells reduces redox dyes and causes color changes, which are then read by an automatic incubator reader.
