This product is a ING4 expressing oncolytic herpes simplex virus, which is based on HSV-1 with ICP0 deleted. The deletion of ICP0 were attenuated for viral growth, and impaired for viral reactivation when equivalent latent infections were established in vivo. This product can be used in oncolytic virotherapy research and further recombinant HSV construction.
