Short Decsription
Creative Biolabs offers CHO-K1-Tg(Human Gαqi5//Human CCR10 Receptor) Stable Cell Line which CCR10 receptor stably expressed in CHO-K1 cells which overexpress Gαqi5.
Description
CHO-K1-Tg(Human Gαqi5//Human CCR10 Receptor) Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the receptor human CCR10 (NM_016602.2) and Gαqi5 gene. CCR10 is a critical regulator of immune cell trafficking and homing to epithelial tissues, playing a central role in immune surveillance and inflammation at mucosal surfaces and barrier sites. This cell line can be used to study CCR10 receptor function, signaling pathways, and potential therapeutic interventions.

Background
The CCR10 receptor, or C-C chemokine receptor type 10, is a G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) primarily known for its role in regulating immune cell trafficking and homing to epithelial tissues, particularly in the skin and mucosal membranes. It plays a crucial role in immune surveillance, inflammation, and tissue repair.
