Short Decsription
Creative Biolabs offers Tyrosinase-Specific CD8+ T cells for immunity reaserch.
Description
Tyrosinase-specific CD8+ T cells are a subset of immune cells that specifically target and recognize the enzyme tyrosinase. Tyrosinase is a key enzyme involved in the production of melanin, the pigment responsible for skin, hair, and eye color. These CD8+ T cells play a crucial role in the immune response against melanoma.
Background
Tyrosinase-specific CD8+ T cells are a subset of immune cells that specifically target and attack cells expressing the enzyme tyrosinase. Tyrosinase is an enzyme involved in the production of melanin, and is often overexpressed in melanoma cancer cells. These specialized CD8+ T cells play a crucial role in the immune response against melanoma, as they are able to recognize and kill tumor cells displaying tyrosinase on their surface. By targeting tyrosinase-expressing cells, these T cells can help to effectively eliminate melanoma tumors and prevent their spread.
