Mitochondrial Correlation Analysis and Validation Services in Tumor Cell Ferroptosis
Focusing on oncology research, ferroptosis analysis, and the development of related derivative products, Creative Biolabs cooperates with experienced laboratories around the world, forms a powerful R&D team, and develops a scientific, rigorous, and efficient management system and standardized service process. Nowadays, we can offer a variety of ferroptosis-based mitochondrial analysis products and services.
Introduction to Mitochondrial in Ferroptosis
Mitochondria are important organelles in the cell, whose main function is to provide a large amount of energy through oxidative phosphorylation of the respiratory chain. Mitochondria serve as hubs for several metabolic or signaling pathways, especially fatty acid metabolism. Numerous studies have shown that mitochondrial function is essential for ferroptosis. Therefore, Creative Biolabs offers comprehensive analytical services on the role of mitochondria in tumor cell ferroptosis, to provide technical support for customers' ferroptosis-related projects.

Services
Creative Biolabs uses a high-throughput platform to provide mitochondrial correlation analysis and validation services in tumor cell ferroptosis. We offer a range of mitochondrial function testing systems for accurate and rapid monitoring of changes in mitochondrial function. Furthermore, our autonomous high-performance computing platform will continue to be updated and expanded to ensure efficient data processing and secure data storage.

Catalytic Analysis Services
In Creative Biolabs, we have generated a wide range of assays, such as voltage-dependent anion channel (VDAC) assay, new mitochondrial ferroptosis inducers assay, mitochondrial ferroptosis cardiolipin assay, mitochondrial ferroptosis glutaminase assay; mitochondrial ferroptosis acyl-CoA synthetase long-chain family 4 (ACSL4) assay, for the analysis of mitochondrial catalytic function in ferroptosis. For instance, we can measure the amount of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) efflux after VDAC opening, identify VDAC binding ligands in cells activated by the RAS-RAFMEK pathway, repeat and assess the Warburg effect, and develop VDAC-tubulin antagonists.

Inhibition Analysis Services
To evaluate mitochondrial inhibition in ferroptosis, we developed three main analysis systems: CDGSH iron-sulfur domain 1 system, cardiolipin oxidation inhibitors (XJB-5-131) system, and mitochondrial ferritin system. In a recent project, we observed that knocking out the gene encoding FtMt significantly promoted tumor cell ferroptosis. The regulation of ferroptosis by FtMt may be achieved by regulating iron metabolism.

Mitochondrial Function Testing Solutions
The detection of mitochondrial function is crucial to our understanding of the pathogenesis of disease, especially for tumors. As a result, we provide mitochondrial function testing services, such as mitochondrial membrane potential measurement, mitochondrial oxygen consumption detection, mitochondrial Ca2+ measurement, mitochondrial permeability transition pore testing, mitochondrial ATP level detection, mitochondrial respiratory chain complex testing, and ROS level measurement, to reveal the mechanism of mitochondrial action in iron and assist in the development of novel therapeutic strategies.

Mitochondrial Mutation Analysis
The mutations of mtDNA, encompassing base translocation, deletion, and insertion, as well as alterations in copy number, are associated with the occurrence and metastasis of tumors. Our mitochondrial DNA mutation analysis service is grounded on a high-throughput sequencing platform for the sequencing, genome splicing, and mutation analysis of mitochondrial full-length sequences. Comprehensive and detailed analyses of multiple gene mutations and mitochondrial heterogeneity are feasible. Mitochondrial full-length sequencing has been extensively applied in mitochondrial disease research, therapeutic target screening, and maternal genetic identification.
Providing satisfactory service to customers is the core goal of Creative Biolabs. We have a professional technical service team that can quickly respond to users' technical needs for ferroptosis mitochondrial analysis. If you are interested in our services, please feel free to contact us.
