Ultrafiltration Assay

Ultrafiltration is a pressure-driven purification process in which water and low-molecular-weight substances permeate a membrane while colloids, particles, and macromolecules are retained. Creative Biolabs provides ultrafiltration assays to remove endotoxins from water, salts, and small molecule therapeutics. Here we specifically focus on the ultrafiltration system and our proprietary ultrafiltration cartridges are used to removing endotoxin from ultrapure water.

General Process of Endotoxin Removal

The control and removal of endotoxin are based on the principle of endotoxin-binding peptide purification resin, which needs to be controlled from the beginning of protein preparation experiments. All practical utensils, instruments, water, reagents, and pipettes with no endotoxin are used for endotoxin removal. Moreover, all the experiments are performed in a cleanroom, ensuring that all levels of low endotoxin tests were achieved.

Our Services

Creative Biolabs offers ultrafiltration assay and unique ultrafiltration cartridges to meet the specific needs of different customers.

Creative Biolabs offers ultrafiltration cartridges containing thin polysulfone hollow fibers designed to remove endotoxins and other macromolecules from water. Working with endotoxin-containing cultures may lead not only to inaccurate or erroneous results but also to loss of time, money, and effort. However, placing an ultrafiltration cartridge at the water purification system's point of use will eliminate this potential risk.

Features

Creative Biolabs guarantees that all instruments, water, reagents, and consumables used in the experiment are free of endotoxins, and the experiment is conducted in a cleanroom to ensure that low levels of endotoxins are returned to the sample. you can purchase the related accessory products according to the needs of your endotoxin removal project.
