Cynomolgus Monkey Diaphragm cDNA-Oligo-dT (NHP-cOT010)
Category:NHP cDNA-Oligo-dT Products
Tag: Cynomolgus Monkey, cDNA-Oligo-dT
Tag: Cynomolgus Monkey, cDNA-Oligo-dT
- cDNA is a kind of DNA that is synthesized from an RNA template in a catalytic reaction. It is also produced naturally by retroviruses and then can create a provirus in the host's genome. The cDNA-oligo dT product is made of RNA extracted from freshly harvested diaphragm tissue of healthy Cynomolgus monkeys by using modern extraction technology. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase-1 to remove residual DNA. The cDNA is primed with an oligo dT primer.
Detailed Product Description
- Organ/Tissue: Diaphragm
- Applications: Gene expression analysis by PCR, characterization of alternative splicing of mRNA, verification of genetic mutation, gene cloning and target sequencing.
Technical Specifications
- Species: Cynomolgus monkey
- Donor Status: Healthy
- Quality Control: We confirm the integrity of each RNA sample through denatured agarose gel electrophoresis. NanoDrop analysis is employed to assess RNA purity, aiming for an A260/A280 ratio within the range of 1.9-2.1. Additionally, PCR is utilized to examine residual DNA contamination. The synthesized cDNA serves as a template for PCR amplification of the β-actin gene, and the resulting PCR product is visualized on a 1% agarose gel for analysis.
- Storage: Short term storage at -20°C; long term storage at -80°C.
