- As a kind of oxidative enzyme, it is well known that luciferase is characterized by producing bioluminescence. Creative Biolabs provides a collection of luciferase-expressing primary monkey endothelial cells including the ones generated from normal bladder tissues. We harvest these cells in vials when culturing them until passage 3. Subsequently, you can thaw and expand them for 3-5 passages in a suitable medium. These cells are developed by the transduction of luciferase lentiviral particles and will accelerate your project.
