- At Creative Biolabs, we have made many efforts in developing luciferase-expressing monkey primary cells. At present, our luciferase-expressing monkey fibroblasts from normal brain tissue are on sale. We harvest these cells in vials when culturing them until passage 3. Subsequently, you can thaw and expand them for 3-5 passages in a suitable medium. They are derived from the transduction with the luciferase lentiviral particles in a standard cleanroom and are suitable for many similar applications to fluorescent proteins.
