Monkey Universal Reference cDNA-Random Hexamer (NHP-cDP072)
Category:NHP cDNA-Random Primer Products
Tag: Cynomolgus Monkey, cDNA-Random Primer
Tag: Cynomolgus Monkey, cDNA-Random Primer
- The cDNA product provided by Creative Biolabs is synthesized from universal reference total RNA obtained from various types of monkey tissues, such as the brain, heart, kidney, liver, lung, skeletal muscles, pancreas, spleen, stomach, intestine, colon, testis, ovary, and uterus. As a full-length first-strand cDNA, it is primed with random hexamer primer and can be widely applied in a variety of biochemical experiments as a control for gene expression analysis.
Detailed Product Description
- Organ/Tissue: Brain; Heart; Kidney; Liver; Lung; Skeletal muscles; Pancreas; Spleen; Stomach; Intestine; Colon; Testis; Ovary and uterus.
- Applications: Gene expression analysis by PCR, characterization of alternative splicing of mRNA, verification of genetic mutation, gene cloning and target sequencing.
Technical Specifications
- Species: Monkey
- Donor Status: Healthy
- Quality Control: We confirm the integrity of each RNA sample through denatured agarose gel electrophoresis. NanoDrop analysis is employed to assess RNA purity, aiming for an A260/A280 ratio within the range of 1.9-2.1. Additionally, PCR is utilized to examine residual DNA contamination. The synthesized cDNA serves as a template for PCR amplification of the β-actin gene, and the resulting PCR product is visualized on a 1% agarose gel for analysis.
- Storage: Short term storage at -20°C; long term storage at -80°C.
