• RFP is an extensively used label protein in a variety of biochemistry assays. According to the general protocol, Creative Biolabs build an RFP-expressing cell product network including the RFP-expressing monkey primary colonic smooth muscle cells by transducing RFP-lentiviral particles. After being isolated from fresh tissues, these cells are cultured in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask. When in passage 3, we harvest and transfer them into vials for frozen storage. We keep all RFP-expressing cells available to our global customers as long as you have related research needs.
