Ovarian cancer is the most fatal gynecologic cancer, caused by drug resistance and intra-tumoral heterogeneity. A comprehensive multi-level landscape of ovarian cancer could be unraveled by genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic technology, as shown in Fig.1. Ovarian cancer and its tumor microenvironment (TME) profiling could further identify pro-tumor factors and novel biomarkers, improve treatment effectiveness, and avoid resistance to chemotherapy.
