Collagenase Type IV (NHFF-0524-HX30)
Category:Non-Human Primate (NHP) related Dissociation Reagents
Tag: , Dissociation Reagents
Tag: , Dissociation Reagents
- Collagenases are known to have the capability to digest native collagen fibrils and thus are widely used for tissue dissociation. Among them, collagenase type IV contains low levels of tryptic activity and is very suitable for digesting pancreatic islets and for applications where maintenance of receptor integrity is required.
