- Trypsin-EDTA is offered in two concentrations. 0.05% trypsin-EDTA is a gentle version to prepare a single-cell suspension for flow cytometry or cloning assays. 0.25% trypsin-EDTA is suitable for the preparation of single-cell suspensions from adherent cells, cell aggregates, and tissues.
