Having worked in the field of in vitro diagnostics (IVD) for many years, Creative Biolabs has developed a series of high-quality IVD antibodies development services for our worldwide customers, which include but not limited to IVD antibody for chromosome 3 marker. Our professional teams consisting of experienced scientists are confident in providing incomparable service to promote our client's programs development.

Introduction of Chromosome 3 Marker

Chromosome 3 is one of the 23 pairs of chromosomes in humans. It spans an overall length of almost 200 million base pairs, the building blocks of DNA, making up around 6.5% to 7% of the genetic material in the human genome. People normally have two copies of this chromosome, with one copy inherited from one parent. Chromosome 3 is metacentric which means its centromere is positioned somewhere around its center. Importantly, several vital and important genes including certain gene clusters that code for the olfactory receptors (involved in sense of smell), as well as chemokine receptors that aid inflammatory processes, has been confirmed to locate on this chromosome. Furthermore, studies suggest that more than 500 disease locus and 8000 different cases of cancer have been associated with this chromosome.

Chromosome 3 Marker of Bladder Cancer

During the past years, a large variety of genetic changes have been reported to link to bladder cancer which means that the genesis and/or progression of bladder cancer is a consequence of genetic instability. This instability is an essential early step toward the development of bladder cancer and it is often found at the chromosomal level than at the nucleotide level. Most importantly, chromosome 3 is frequently involved in uroepithelial oncogenesis. Deletions on 3p chromosome arm have been examined in 25% cases of the bladder. Deletion on this chromosome is most frequently observed at 3p12-14 in bladder cancer. Thus chromosome 3 can be used as a potentially useful intermediate biomarker to detect patients at high risk of bladder cancer.

IVD Antibody for Chromosome 3 Marker

With the rapid development of IVD technology, IVD antibody development services have been widely used for the diagnosis of numerous diseases. What's more, antibody-based immunoassays are the most generally used diagnostic assays and is the fastest developing technologies for the analysis of biomolecules. Serving as a leading company in the IVD market, Creative Biolabs provides a full range IVD antibody development services and detection assays for chromosome 3 to help our clients diagnose bladder cancer.

In addition, we also offer other IVD antibody development services to meet every customer's requirements. For more detailed information, please feel free to contact us .
