Based on years of experience in IVD (in vitro diagnostics) antibodies development, Creative Biolabs offers a wide range of high-quality IVD antibodies development service against chromosome 7 marker for diagnosis of bladder cancer. With our cutting-edge technology and professional scientists, we are confident in satisfying every customer's requirement.

Introduction of Chromosome 7 Marker

Chromosome 7 is one of the 23 pairs of chromosomes in human which spans about 159 million DNA building blocks (base pairs) and represents more than 5 percent of the total DNA in cells. People normally have two copies of this chromosome with each copy inherited from one parent. Importantly, chromosome 7 is frequently associated with chromosome aberrations, rearrangements, and deletions. It also contains many important genes, gene families, and disease loci. Furthermore, chromosome 7 abnormalities have been implicated in several cancer conditions, including ataxia telangiectasia, erythroleukemia, gamma heavy chain disease, lung carcinoid tumor, prostate carcinoma, transitional cell carcinoma of the ureter, bilateral renal oncocytoma, and malignant melanoma.

Chromosome 7 Marker of Bladder Cancer

Like others, bladder cancer is thought to result from DNA damage leading to genetic instability, one of the first characteristic proposed to cause neoplasia. This genetic instability occurs in two different forms. The first type refers to a defective repair of mismatched bases which result in an increased mutation rate at the nucleotide level and consequent widespread microsatellite instability; the second type involves chromosome instability leading to abnormal chromosome copy number or aneuploidy. Studies suggested that the copy number of chromosome 7 is highly correlated with increasing tumor grade or pathological stage which enables it an important parameter for tumor progression in bladder cancer. Moreover, the centromeric copy number of chromosome 7 is strongly correlated with tumor grade and labeling index in human bladder cancer.

Chromosome 7 Marker Antibodies

With the rapid development of IVD technology, IVD antibody development services have been extensively used in many fields. Among these, antibody-based immunoassays are the most generally used methods for the diagnostic of numerous diseases, which include but not limited to the diagnostic of bladder cancer. Creative Biolabs offers a number of high-affinity IVD antibody development services for chromosome 7 marker to help our clients with the diagnostic of bladder cancer. In addition, we also provide other customized antibody development service to meet every customer's requirements.
