Magic™ Small-scale Cell-free Protein Expression in Wheat Germ lysate for Protein Production Kit is a cell-free protein synthesis system using wheat germ extracts for protein production. The lysate is optimized and high-performance wheat germ extract. This kit is premixed and allow to setup the transcription and translation reaction by just a few pipetting steps. It's a bilayer format for performing small-scale protein expression reactions. The kit can be used either with plasmid DNA or with PCR DNA for protein expression.
