Anti-CEACAM8 TCR-ABR-α (XW-271) CAR Vector (XS-1122-YF1191)

Online Inquiry  Datasheet

All products and services are For Research Use Only and CANNOT be used in the treatment or diagnosis of disease.

The vector of anti-CEACAM8 TCR-fused Antigen Binding Receptor (TCR-ABR) CAR is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target Human CEACAM8. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing scFv (XW-271) of anti-CEACAM8 antibody linked to TCRα subunit. The vector product was designed for the discovery and development of cellular therapy against Colorectal cancer. The TCR-ABR can effectively reprogram an intact TCR complex to recognize tumor surface antigens. TCR-ABR-T cells are shown to engage the signaling capacity of the entire TCR complex in an HLA-independent manner.
