Creative biolabs has developed custom lentiviral CAR vectors constuction and virus packaging services. The ready-to-use lentiviral particles of Lenti-GPC1 (1.4) h(28BBζ) CAR-VP is packaged using 3rd generation of lentiviral packaging system, in which the gene of CAR will be driven by a EF1A promotor. The target gene of scFv (1.4)-h(28BBζ) packaged in lentiviral particles could be used for high efficency tranduction of T cells and stably integrated expression used in CAR-T researches.
