Creative biolabs has developed Lentiviral CAR vector Anti-GPC1 (2.57) Negative Control CAR, pCDCAR1; which is used for generation the negative control CAR-Jurkat. This negative control consists of anti-GPC1 scFv 2.57 linked to the CD28/CD8 transmembrane motif without any intracellular signaling domains.
