Magic™ Large-scale Cell-free Protein Expression in Wheat Germ lysate for GST-tagged Protein Production Kit is a cell-free protein synthesis system using wheat germ extracts for GST-tagged protein production. It contains 1 ml optimized and high-performance wheat germ extract for different reaction scales. The lysate removed wheat proteins that would otherwise bind to glutathione during the purification step. This kit is premixed and allow to setup the transcription and translation reaction by just a few pipetting steps. It's a bilayer format for performing large-scale protein expression reactions.
