Creative biolabs has developed custom MMLV retroviral CAR vectors constuction and virus packaging services. We provide several types of control CAR vectors and virus particles to meet the need of testing CAR transduction. The ready-to-use retroviral particles of Retro-Myc tag-h(28BBζ) Control pMMLV CAR-VP is packaged using proprietary envelope plasmid encoding VSV-G and packaging plasmid encoding Gag and Pol. And we perform a qPCR-based test to measure and provide functional titer CAR MMLV virus particles.
